My name is Stefan Dzeparoski. I am a director and creative producer based in Toronto, working at the intersection of theatre, film, and the quieter practices of presence and self-creation. Over many years I have shaped stories on stage and screen—from the visceral intensity of the macabre and the psychological landscapes of contemporary drama to multimedia experiments that refuse to stay neatly inside one medium.

This site, and this blog in particular, is not a catalogue of finished products. It is a working journal.

Here you will find reflections on the process itself: the making of short films, the directorial inquiries that shape new stage works, the ongoing conversation between live performance and digital form, and the longer meditation that became The Seven Cycles of You—a journey into performer presence, creative flow, and what it means to remain awake inside the work.

I founded Digital Dream Society because I believe art still has the power to alter the temperature of a room, and that technology, when approached with care, can deepen rather than dilute that power.

The pages that follow are simply the continuation of that belief in written form.
